Losing 30 kilos in a month
I am going to eat eggs 2 at morning and move every Day 2,5h at least. Drink water with lemon. And do My routines. I am not sure what all The routines still are, i need a Job For a month. Lots to do at work. Not illegal Job. Not annoing people around me. Normal working enviorment.. streching, going to toilet, 3-omega. To start hydraided IS key to Be up.
